Who we are

Datanoetic was founded by Sandeep Sakharkar, an industry veteran with extensive experience in leading digital transformation with blue-chip organizations like Johnson & Johnson, Footlocker and GXO Logistics. Over the past more than a decade, Sandeep has been at the sharp end of driving data and modern tech driven change in retail, Go-To-Market and supply chain areas. Sandeep’s vision and expertise has been instrumental in shaping Datanoetic since its inception in mid 2024.

Itay Haber

Itay Haber is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Datanoetic, an AI-native platform transforming how enterprises unify data and automate context-aware processes. A seasoned commercial and strategy leader, Itay brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of cloud, AI, and enterprise innovation. Prior to joining Datanoetic, Itay was part of Google Cloud’s senior leadership team in EMEA and founded Google UK’s largest digital skills initiative: Google's Digital Garage. He also held executive commercial roles at high-growth European tech companies, including Signal AI, where he helped shift the market from traditional media monitoring to AI-powered media intelligence.

Nick Vasylyna

Nick Vasylyna is an accomplished technology leader with over 14 years of experience guiding innovation across enterprise and startup environments in the US, UK, and EU.
His background spans roles as a Software Engineer, Data/AI Architect, CTO, CEO, and Consultant, with a proven track record in driving digital transformation for global organizations exceeding $20 billion in revenue and helping early-stage ventures achieve significant market traction.
Nick is focused on architecting and scaling complex data and process automation platforms and products, event-driven microservices, advanced business intelligence and autonomous agentic AI workflow solutions and leads the development of Datanoetic’s platform.

Sandeep Sakharkar

Sandeep Sakharkar is an experienced professional and entrepreneur in the Tech Strategy / Digital Transformation / Data & AI Business and Innovation industry space. With a career spanning over 25 years across UK, Europe, and the US, Mr. Sakharkar’s deeply rooted tech industry experience has evolved from executing wide scoping roles, tech driven programs and strategic transformations across pharma, consumer healthcare, retail and supply chain organizations at a global scale, to being part of management ExCos and corporate boards.

Sandeep’s vision and expertise has been instrumental in shaping Datanoetic since its inception in mid 2024. Supported by a talented team of data and AI engineers, supply chain and go to market process & subject matter experts he brings a unique blend of business and technical expertise as well as passion for problem-solving to our customers.

Mike Reilly

Mike Reilly is a seasoned technology executive and digital transformation leader with deep expertise in global healthcare, Digital technology products building at scale and supply chain innovation.

Previously, Mike served as Global Head of Supply Chain Technology Products at Johnson & Johnson, where he led enterprise-wide digital initiatives transforming distribution, transportation, warehouse supply chain processes into “touchless” operations centered on customer experience. With over two decades of experience—including leadership roles in digital health, analytics, and IoT—Mike is passionate about building high-performing teams and shaping the future of healthcare technology.

As a Board Member at Datanoetic, he brings strategic technology product and process guidance to the company’s mission to unify enterprise data and processes through AI-driven value intelligence.
