How Datanoetic collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use this website.
Last updated: 6 July 2026
Datanoetic Limited (“Datanoetic”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15865232, with its registered office at 63 Bermondsey Street, London, England, SE1 3XF. We are the controller of the personal data processed through this website. For any privacy question, contact us at info@datanoetic.ai.
This policy covers this website (the “Site”). It does not cover the Datanoetic product or application, which is governed by a separate agreement.
Information you give us. When you request a demo, we collect your first and last name, work email, company, role, sector, and any KPI or details you choose to add.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (including IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the Site secure and running. We also store a light/dark theme preference in your browser; it is essential to how the Site works and is not used to track you.
The Site uses only essential browser storage to function (your theme preference). We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce non-essential cookies (such as analytics) in future, we will load them only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time:
Fonts are served from our own servers. We do not load them from third-party font networks, so your visit is not shared with a font provider.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement: Google Cloud (Google LLC), for website hosting, content delivery, and security; and Twilio Inc. (SendGrid), to deliver the emails that handle your demo request. We will update this list if we add further providers, such as a CRM.
Our website hosting is located in the United Kingdom. Our email provider (Twilio / SendGrid) may process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK and EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.
We keep the personal data you submit only for as long as necessary to respond to your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a limited period. In each case we may keep data longer where the law requires it.
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise a right, contact us at info@datanoetic.ai. You can also complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, your local data-protection authority.
The Site is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version, and material changes will be reflected here.
